Will my Metrc tags change?
No. Metrc tags belong to your license, not to your POS. GreenPOS reads your packages from Metrc with your store's Metrc API key, and a package import keeps each package's tag.
Can my customers keep their loyalty points?
Yes. The customer import has columns for current points, total points earned and total points spent, so balances come across with each customer.
